I've tried many different probiotics but this has by far been the best one for my IBS.
Other probiotics seem to exacerbate my IBS symptoms...not this one though...it's gentle and works very well as a probiotic plus it helps calm IBS symptoms..If only I had discovered this brand sooner. Oh well, better late than never
This product help with my constant gas and full feeling. Took about 1 week to work and has been doing a great job now and for the last 3 months.
I've tried so many probiotics, and this seem to work very well. Comparing it to some other brands, this one is much better and cheaper. Also, try to take Peppermint oil once a day and you will feel much better, I can feel good now!

This product has made a real difference in my digestion. I had tried many other probiotics, but I have been using this regularly -with regularity- for years now. I never want to run out of it.
I was looking for this specific strain of L. plantarum 299v as it has been studied and seems to be an effective probiotic. I found it to be effective in a probiotic juice product. This is one of the few sources of L. plantarum 299v in capsule form. It seems to work.
It's been difficult to know just how helpful probiotics are for me, but relative to many others that I've tried, this one ranks way up there.
Very affordable and easy to take.
I used another product with the same strand, but this one doesn't seem to work as well. I tried it because it was 1/2 the price, however I will probably switch by to my other brand. Fil packaging is not convenient.
