It's a good quality product the ingredients are amazing it's butter than folic acid its gave energy and have a good effect and I like the taste and packaging I didn't like the size of the capsule And I recommend it for nervous system and metabolism and potency
The quality product with manageable size with good taste in a practical package. Its ingredient content active methylated form of folic acid that is very effective for niacin flush excess. Also, it give you celular energy and have more potency for nervous system and good function of metabolism.
It's my first time using this and I have sensitive taste buds so when I use with correct serving frequency, I believe this ingredient is high quality and benefits me at my age with enough size and package which is good for 2 month.
