I went searching for a natural sleep aid that would not leave me groggy the next day. As I searched, I learned that many menopausal women experience the same symptom. This product worked wonderfully for me! It is gentle, works in about 30 minutes. Even is I do wake up, I go right back to sleep. Love that it is balanced and natural.
Very effective in helping to get to sleep. Once asleep, I find that I don't wake until morning. So I sleep all night. When you take this,, just make sure to wait at least 30 minutes before going to bed. That way, when you lay down, it will work nearly immediately.
Seems to be helping me get the sleep I have a hard time getting... better than just melatonin and Valerian
The combination of ingredients in Jarrow's Sleep Optimizer puts me and my wife to sleep quickly without any drugged feeling. When we have an occasional trouble falling asleep, this has been the best formula that we have found and we have tried many. I don't think you will be disappointed.

I've tried melatonin. Valerian by itself had a challenging odor. This product with its combination of ingredients works very well for me.
The sleep optimizer is full of good ingredients yet it doesn't seem to work for me. It is also expensive
Tried product several times and Experienced the opposite affect. Found it was hard to fall asleep. When I did finally fell asleep, slept for a few hours and became wide awake!
