These are the best gummies ever and make it so easy for me to take my L-theanine every day. The taste is really good.

I've been giving my ADHD/ODD son these daily for about 8 months now. It was a game changer! He was unable to control his anger, his positive decision making was null....he was very impulsive, compulsive, and had some very negative habits and responses to daily life situations. We almost had him put on medication. However, after a few months of theanine, he has dramatically improved. He has more self control, more calm behavior, better reasoning and appropriate responses, etc.... He's not a ticking time bomb of anger any more. If your child or you yourself, are ADHD/ODD, try theanine! Give it a few months and see if it helps with the emotion regulation.
Great product! Really works. The best Theanine that I have found. It is calming without making you tired. It also helps over active bladder. I twist the gummy in half sometimes, as it can cause headaches and irritability, if you use on a regular basis, and take it more than once a day.
