Soothes with out sleepiness!
Helpful to give me good sleep. I have insomnia and I use this as a sleep aid. I take it in the evening and melt into my bed. I'm happy with it.
My acupuncturist recommended this product. I was skeptical about trying it, but once I did, I was hooked! I find that it takes the edge off of my emotions, but with no tired or sluggish feeling.
Really helps me fall asleep and I have a lot trouble with insomnia so I highly recommend this vitamin!!
