A single speaker that reproduces two-channel stereo sound from one enclosure, the SP6CSII is an ideal choice for areas such as hallways, or for remote rooms within a multiroom environment where two channels are needed but there's only space for one. It is also suitable for upgrading a 5.1-channel home theater to a 7.1-channel theater, without adding cutouts. A 6.5-in (165-mm), titanium-laminate, low-frequency woofer with rubber surround ensures exceptional bass, while dual .75-in (75-mm), titanium-laminate tweeters produce accurate, clear, high-frequency output. Proprietary Elliptical Oblate Spheroidal (EOS) waveguide technology enables the SP6CSII to distribute sound evenly and smoothly throughout the listening area, and the SP6CSII's shallow mounting depth increases installation options.
