I like to keep these in my bag for days when I'm on the run and find myself needing a quick pick me up and stopping to eat is impossible. They are sweet with a bit of a tart flavor. I'm happy with my purchase :)

I've had issues with my appetite. These delicious little sweet snacks actually help me have more energy and an appetite when I have a pk between meals.

I did not get a burst of energy from this kind of beans. I thought the flavors were distorted by the makeup of the bean being directed to energise too. I wont buy again unless i aim to play a joke on another.😆
Check your expiration dates before eating! It's May 2022 and the Best Buy date was October 2021.
