Wilton products are always nice. I bought these for a Christmas gift. I was pleased to give them and she was pleased to get them.
In my opinion Wilton is the best bakeware.
Really like this pan and just bought another. Have in several sizes. Cookies bake to perfection in my electric oven. They are also easy to remove given the nonstick coating. I've also roasted veggies with olive oil and spices. One pan did form large dark splotches (someone else had used it, and I'm not sure what caused the discoloration), however it still performs just fine.
I love my new non-stick cookie pan. We use it for more than just cookies too. Nice pan to cook breaded frozen chicken nuggets and chicken tenders. Also heating frozen garlic bread. Food does not stick to the pan and cleaning is a breeze. Perfect for my needs and I like an oblong pan a lot more than a round pan. I have more room in the oven for another pan.
I have purchased this pan in the past and have been very happy with how well it has performed.
I ordered two of these pans and just received them today, so I haven't actually used them yet. However, the size is perfect for holding a dozen cookies each, and they are much sturdier than I expected them to be. I'm excited to use them.
I have used these pans over and over and they continue to be the best cookie pans I ever bought. They do not stick and my cookies come out perfect every time
These pans are pretty good! I use them all the time for a variety of cookies. I really have not used them for much else other than cookies so I cannot really give an opinion of how well they work for something such as a jelly roll. I did, however, have one of them get permanently bent during the cooking process. Since the others have not done so after repeated use, I'm assuming it was a one time occurrence and not a design flaw. I would recommend these for personal use at home. Happy Baking!
Bakes evenly and cleans easy! Really like this pan, I have two and wouldn't trade them for any other brand. :)
I have two of these, but all the jelly roll recipes I find are for 10 by 15 pans. Wish I could find recipes for this size, especially a basic yellow sponge jelly roll. It's fine for cookies, but of little use for jelly roll without recipes.
