[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a stand alone to a built-in 36” JennAir refrigerator and are happy we did. Our LG built Kenmore Elite in-line compressor went out the third and final time. Our JennAir took our kitchen from typical to upscale. When friends open the door they universally say wow when they view the obsidian interior. We find our produce lasts longer. We're confident our lifetime cost will justify the additional expense.
We cook every night and my wife is a foodie! We love the look inside and out! Organization is great!

It wasn't our first, or even our second choice, but there were so many products on back order, or no longer made, or stuck on container ships that we just bought this one so that we had a fridge. It was very expensive but I couldn't be happier! It's tall and shallow, with a dark background interior, with loads of shelves in the door and generous produce drawers. I'm only 4' 11” tall but I can reach everything because nothing gets pushed to the back. I wanted an integrated fridge because we remodeled our kitchen and it's the first room you see walking into the house. It was important that it to blend into the space. The freezer has an ice maker with a slide out ice bin, which is fantastic! My husband jokes about the cost and says that he wants to be buried in this fridge to get his money's worth!! (:-D

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in January and it was delivered March 16, 2020. I modified the space where it was to be installed and installed it on the 16th. The only trouble I had was figuring out how to get it off of display mode. Once I turned that off everything was good. It is very quiet when it is running. We love it. Great replacement for our 35 year old Sub Zero.
We bought two of these, LH and RH models, and couldn't be happier. The storage space and layout is very efficient and the adjustable shelves are very useful. Beautiful exterior and interior - a top of the line quality product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very solid product. Cools tremendously and looks amazing. For the price point I would like to see better temperature control (areas or drawers) and a water dispenser.
The first one was a lemon - DOA. The second one is working well - so far, I give that one 5 stars. The ice maker is slow and should have a latch so it pulls out when you open the freezer door. Not a fan of the black interior but the fridge had everything else I wanted (well the second one did). It's incredibly difficult to figure out how to install the door panels if you don't want stainless - the directions for attaching the panels are pretty bad.
I love the look of this fridge and the interior color and led lights are what drew me in. Unfortunately, the counter height depth makes the unit just to shallow. This is our first built in unit so I was spoiled by the bulky deep old style. I love the wood panel we had made to match the kitchen cabinets. I have not had this unit long enough to see how the winter holidays go but really don't imagine I will get a turkey thawed in this unit.
