Well packed, arrived undamaged. Easy install. Looks great and works fine. Originally had the 8x but sent back and got the 5x. Easier to use. Self lighting is great feature.
I think the product is great it is what I wanted, but the picture is misleading. at the bottom of the picture it shows a cord coming out of it. I didn't want it anyway so it worked out for me. If you expect to clamp it to the wall and plug it in this wont work for you. You may need to hire a handyman like me.

The mirror/light works exactly as you would expect it to. It was not very difficult to install if it is adjacent to an existing outlet, and the installer has basic wiring knowledge.
This is a great mirror, solidly constructed, just like what you'd find at a luxury hotel. One star deducted for the dim incandescent light bulb provided, which I replaced with an E12 60W equivalent LED bulb. Note that since this is the direct wire version, you'll need a single gang electrical box for the connection.
Bought this mirror to replace the one in our travel trailer that got broken. It went right back up in the same spot without any problem. No 7 years bad luck with this one.
Wish the light was brighter. Couldn't see very well if the whole bathroom wasn't lit up. Mag part ok.
