Tried various breakfasts but Jimmy Dean beats the others. Quick enough,just add some pepper or whatever to get some zip to it and your ready to go(otherwise it's sort of flat tasting).I use it for my mornings.No mess,no fuss. I like the sausage version best. The miguel foods just don't cut it,poor taste-quality.Also use the other Jimmy Deans with no problems.
I was hesitant to try these out, but I tried one this morning and it tasted so good!!! I added Sriracha sauce to it and it was AMAZING!! Definitely buying more!! :)
I am truly amazed at how fantastic these Omelets are, I have never written about any product ever, I just had to tell you that I was really happy and will tell everyone I know. They actually taste home made, very nutritional and tasty. A big THANK YOU.
Perfect for a quick, hot and low carb breakfast. Delicious and convenient too! Only 2 minutes in the microwave and breakfast is ready. I top with a little mild salsa for a change some days.

Love them! I eat these every morning - and I mean every - and use Texas Pete Hotter Hot Sauce on them - not regular Texas Pete (hate that sweet sauce). I am diabetic and they only have 4 g of carbohydrates so they are real easy on the blood glucose in the morning. Only problem I have with them... they run out of stock pretty regularly and I think I am fighting with other low carbers for them in our small town. Taste and texture is real decent, price is great per omelet, hotter hot sauce makes them a slam dunk and hard to beat.
Easy and quick breakfast. Delicious and nutritious. One of the few low carb products available. Everyone can enjoy it, but it's especially good for those on a diet or have diabetes.
Jimmy Dean Ham and Cheese Omelets are my family's favorite breakfast food. Imagine our dismay when they disappeared from their usual spot at our local store two weeks ago. Apparently they are promoting some stuffed hash brown product in its place. One of the reasons I love the omelets is because I am trying hard to be carb conscious. The omelets are ideal because they don't have the bread of your breakfast sandwiches, nor the potatoes from your Breakfast Bowls. I would love to have them back in my local store, or else find out where else in Austin they are still carried.
My morning always has one Jimmy Dean breakfast. I wonder why the company has not expanded the omelet line beyond the only ONE sold in my California area, the Ham and Cheese. I never eat the omelet as is. After warmed top it with salsa, sausage crumbles, mushrooms or a mixture from one of the skillets.
I love simplicity of these omelets, but, for some really strange reason, Jimmy Dean took the cheese omelets and sausage omelets off the shelves. These ham omelets just don't compare! And I really find it unusual that the ham omelets would have won out over the cheese or sausage flavors in terms of sales...when I purchased these in the past, the cheese and sausage flavors would always be lower in stock than the h flavor. PLEASE bring back the cheese and sausage omelets!!
