I like these for a quick breakfast on the way to work or a lazy weekend morning. But this sandwich in the pic I had a hard time eating because it looked like a cute Corgi butt!!
i love these breakfast sandwiches and weve purchased them for many yesrs. i woul love to give a 5 star rating, but sadly i can't. They used to be consistent in taste and quality but in this past year that has not been so. the sausage flavor varies dramatically. Sometimes nicely spiced and flavorful but inconsistency now. at timws so bland you can hardly tell its there. Cheese seems to be more tasteless but again not always. I have a feeling quality depends on where theyre made. Packaging varies. sometimes individually wrapped and othe times 4 sandwiches are joined together. Each factory seems to be doing their own thing and not always for the better. 😥
I love these easy to go Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. Sausage, egg, and cheese croissant is my favorite. All the ingredients taste very fresh and you wouldn't know that it came out of a microwave. The main issue I have with this is the packaging. It is extremely hard to open so I would say it is not elderly friendly. I am not even an older person, yet I have a hard time opening them. Can you please figure out how to make them easier to open.
The sandwhiches are good but for me they take extra effort to cook. I have to separate the egg and sausage from everything else or else the egg and sausage will be cold still but it taste really good. Maybe I have to do this because I'm not following the exact intructions but overall it good to have in the morning to heat up and eat!
The Sausage had zero flavor. I tried adding some salt and pepper but it didn't help. They need to add some spices or something. I usually get the Great Value version but thought I would try the Jimmy Dean brand. The Great Value product tastes a 1000% better.
Most items were broken
We used to buy a package of 8 every week but after the recent sausage changes (possibly other ingredients) we will no longer be buying Jimmy Dean products. The taste is far worse and the sausage us half the width. It looks even more processed now and for the last package we finally started replacing the sausage with Smithfield sausage (far better quality). We won't be back unless Jimmy Dean starts focusing more on quality vs profits.
I found 3 croissants in one box that had mold on them. None of my other items have mold on them so I believe it is the product itself.
This used to be my go-to breakfast sandwich... This last purchase they have shrunk the size of the sausage and the cheese tremendously. It's very evident as soon as you open the box. Now it's essentially a bread sandwich. When is this ridiculousness going to end?
I have purchased these for over 10 years, and something is wrong with the meat now. It tastes different and the meat has a really funky, funky taste to it, which COMPLETELY scares me because I don't want to know what they are replacing the meat with. I hope someone reads this and figures out what is going on at their factory!! Yikes!!
