[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great wireless keyboard that is user friendly. Setup was easy and so were the instructions. I like the knob on the upper right corner that controls the volume it's very convenient. I have this keyboard installed in my son's room as a gaming keyboard as well and it has worked perfectly in every sense. Highly recommend due to it's sleek , user friendly design .
I started getting Jlab products last year and I love them, of course materials are cheaper so you need to take care of them but the quality of the sound (not in this keyboard, of course) is amazing, great products and good price.

The keys have a nice touch, are just the right amount of clicky, the volume knob is a nice feature to keep multitasking running smooth. The sleek black design is elegant and matches my setup perfectly. I like that I can charge this via USB and not worry about constantly replacing batteries. Overall, it sits at a comfortable height and feels stable and solid. I like it very much.
This is a rechargeable keyboard. It has held the battery well so far. The keys are chiclet and have a good click that isn't too obnoxious.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this Epic Wireless Keyboard from Jlab to be used as an accessory for game play. This is my first experience with this brand but I can say that I am satisfied with this product. My first impression was that it is very slim which is nice. I have only used it connected to the Xbox series X. I didn't have any issues pairing with the Xbox. This keyboard can connect to 3 saved devices but I have only used it on one device. It is very intuitive to use and I didn't read the instructions. It also comes with a rechargeable battery that lasts up to two years. I have obviously not used it for two years but it is nice to know that it could last that long. I haven't had any issues with the batteries yet and I've used this keyboard a lot since I received it over two weeks ago. The box advertises an app but it's not necessary to use it. I did look at the app but there isn't an option for connecting a keyboard. There was only an option to connect headphones and earbuds only. Overall, I am very satisfied with this keyboard and I wouldn't hesitate to order it again.
I am happy I decided to buy the Epic Keyboard. It is a very nice backlit keyboard with a media control knob, and I am very pleased with it. Although it's configurable, I am using the default configuration, with has all the functions that I need so far. I am using it on a daily basis for remote work. Following JLab's instructions available on a video, I was able to pair the Epic Keyboard and Epic Mouse using a single dongle (very easy to do, by the way). The keyboard came in a very nice packaging, and for me it's a sign that the company cares about the product quality and presentation. Also, before purchasing the product, I contacted JLab's technical support to ask a few questions about it, and they were very responsive. Considering the product features, price, quality and support responsiveness, I am now a fan of JLab.
It's great however, there should be an option to configure letters for keyboard models that don't use type: I live in Brazil and here we have Ç and question marks in different positions that I couldn't use via the keyboard to solve the problem I use the numeric keyboard = alt (64 for ALT + 63 and ALT + 128 for Ç) if there was a shortcut on the keys that accepts recording, that would help. I will send a photo of the standard note in Brazil IBM abnt 2
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This keyboard is slick, thin and the buttons are flush to the board. Libs that it is wireless so less wires everywhere. Wish me things were wireless. Good smooth typing. Buttons aren't loud but smooth. It's a full size keyboard and works great. Might not be good for gaming but otherwise good
I bought this one month ago. It should be programmable, but that doesn't work at all with my Windows 10. The manual doesn't help. The app for programming doesn't help either; it doesn't give any ideas on what to do. There are no instructions on how to program it. The app just leads me to a page where I could buy a new one
