The John Deere Big Farm 6930 Tractor and Wagon is such a wonderful toy!! My boys LOVE THIS!! It has given them hours of playtime and they are not bored with it at all!! I was given this to review from Viewpoints sampling and I am SO glad!! They are enthralled with this and have spend many hours playing with this and show no signs of stopping!! What kid doesn't love farm tractors! We are big John Deere fans and live out on 5+ acres. The Big Farm Tractor and wagon is great for our 4 year old. If you want the sounds and lights, it runs off AAA batteries a(included) and makes little sounds and the cab lights up. The hood of the tractor opens up so kids can pretend to work on the tractor and the dump box tilts and opens just like the real one. The only thing I wish is that the dump box was just a little more durable and made with a stronger material because, like any kid, they want to fill the box and its just not as sturdy as I feel it should be. The tractor is a better quality than the dump box. All in all, we are thrilled with this and it's provides hours of entertainment for little ones. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
1. The hook that hitches the tractor to the wagon does not remain engaged. 2. The tractor steering wheel that controls the front wheels for turning is inside the cab and is difficult for little fingers to reach. Otherwise, the tractor and trailer are of good construction and good size and my 5-year old great grandson loves it.
Ridiculous! The trailer hitch piece (the most important part of the toy) wasn't included! My son was so excited for his birthday present and couldn't enjoy it because the hitch part was missing! Called the 800 number on the box and they said take it back to the store, but it's only available online so, I'd have to wait a week to get another one! So, they did nothing and I'm done shopping with Walmart! 👎🏻
This is made from plastic. Not as durable as I would like. The hitch piece connecting the tractor to the trailer broke on the first day. Definitely not worth the money.
