This is a great product. Beautiful mahogany solid wood...The package and one shelf was damaged by what looks like a fork lift but I will deal with that according to warranty. I actually bought two kits and created my own custom organizer. I am thrilled.
This is the best Purchase ever. I purchased 7 Premium red mahogany closets 6 months back and I receive lot of complements. Even 5 star for John louis customer service as I was missing hardware in one closet and the customer service send it to me in 2 days. Looks beautiful, high quality and finish. I assembled them through handyman as cutting is needed to fit in my different closets. Thanks Sams Club! I love sams club for the best prices and at best quality.
Bought this to go in laundry room and it worked out great. Place to hang the clothes over dryer and shelves to store laundry baskets.
I ordered two units for a walk in closet and the only issue we had to address was reversing the measurements so the units were a mirror image of each other. Having a second set of hands and a very fine blade saw is helpful but not 100% necessary. I have another closet and will install this unit in it as well.
The closet is great. It is real wood and looks fabulous. I would definitely recommend this closet system. The system was not easy to install, but it was definitely worth it. We installed it together which was fun. We will be purchasing another system in the future

This organizer looks great once it is installed, and it is very flexible as far as the different configurations available. Materials and hardware are very high quality for a "closet in a box." It looks more like a custom closet organizer than something you'd get from Home Depot. Be warned that installation will take quite some time, however. Ultimately very worth the time, effort, and money. Recommended.
It was quick and provides most of what I might want in a closet organizer. I purchased 2 units which came faster than I expected. They were both badly beaten up in transit and the boxes did not protect them. Because they can cover a 10 foot space and I had 2 - 6 foot spaces, I was able to get enough out of the two boxes to complete what I needed. Touch-up finish is sent with the units but I found that stain from the hardware store worked better. To make the two level garmet hanging work, one needs ceilings at least 8 & 1/2 feet above the floor. With 7 & 1/2 foot ceilings as I have, I had to choose between having the second bar for cloths or storage space above the unit. It was fast, it did the job, but it would probably be better to build a closet organizer yourself if you had the time, tools, and inclination. I will probably buy at least one more unit.
