We have stopped using Johnson's Bedtime Baby Bubble Bath some time ago because of all the added chemicals in it, but it had been a favorite for a long time. When given the chance to try out the new Johnson's Bedtime Baby Bubble Bath with calming aroma's that is all natural ingredients, I jumped at the chance. It comes in a 13.6 oz bottle, nice size, and is see thru purple. So, the bath gets filled and in goes my 2.5 month old grandson. He is delighted with the bath, smiling and making noise, all that cute baby stuff. Johnson's Bedtime Baby Bubble Bath is dermatology tested, enhanced with Naturalcalm aroma's to help sooth your baby and help them sleep. Is made with the Johnson's No More Tears formula so will not irritate your baby's eyes. Does not contain harsh fragrance, parabens, phthalates, sulfates or dyes. Johnson's Bedtime Baby Bubble Bath leaves your baby's skin so soft and smooth. Lather's well and calms even a cranky baby before bedtime. Awesome stuff.
This is very nice. The soft lavender scent is nice, not harsh or overpowering like some others. I will say however that it's not really a fair assessment to call it a “bubble bath”. It's a mild soap for babies and doesn't produce what we expect a bubble bath to produce so again, so t but if you are truly looking for the big gun bubbles if a bubble bath. If you want a nice mild, great smelling wash for baby, this is just that.
My kids love baths. But they always want them right before bed and I don't want them getting too riled up right before sleeping so it's important to me to have this specific bubble bath. Why? Because it really does calm them down! When my sweet son had a fever he was having a hard time sleeping. The night I gave him a bath with this magic bubble bath, then lathered him in the lotion from the same line, he actually slept straight through the night. My daughter also LOVES bubbles. Sometimes it's hard to find a bubble bath soap that actually makes bubbles but I still feel like isn't too loaded with bad things in it. This bubble bath actually makes great bubbles! And it makes the whole bathroom smell wonderful. I do love the style of this new pump bottle. It honestly just looks prettier in the bathroom than the old style. The pump is nice because I can just pump it directly under the stream of water and it bubbles right up, but I can make sure I don't use too much! I bought this exact bubble bath for my friend who is expecting her first little one because I love it so much and truly believe it helps calm baby down before bed time. Definitely a wonderful product.
I had the opportunity to test this Bedtime Baby Bubble Bath during a recent overnight babysitting stay of a relative's baby. I followed Johnson's 3 step routine: warm bath + gentle massage + quiet time. I found this to be very effective in helping Baby to fall asleep rather quickly and stay asleep a goodly amount of time, despite being away from home. I also have used it myself, and found it extremely gentle on eyes and skin, with a pleasing aroma. The scent is very, very light, I believe so as to not overstimulate a baby's sense of smell before bedtime! Important: the lavender color shown in the picture is merely the color of the plastic pump bottle; the actual bubble bath is perfectly clear! So there are no concerns about dyes.
I have been always buying this bubble bath since my daughter was born. She is 6 years old now and I still love the smell. I do believe the soft lavender smell calms her down before going to sleep. I like the improved design of the bottle and the pump works better too. The bubble bath does not irritate her skin, although she is prone to occasional breakouts here and there. The fragrance is nice and not overpowering. The bubble bath claims to have no parabens, sulfates or dyes. You can use it as a shower gel and bubble bath. Just pump it on the loofah or under running water in the tub. The bottle says it is ok to use it every day. And she loves everything purple and violet. I would recommend this bubble bath for babies and older kids.
I picked this to do my review on because I love the fact that if its good enough for baby's delicate skin it would be great for my adult skin. I have allergy's to strong scents but this is perfect just enough scent to make you sigh in satisfaction. This is pump action and is in a 13.6 size bottle , You wont need much as it has great later and bubbles . I used it before I went to bed for the night as I have sleep apnea and this seem to have gotten me the effects my body ahs been wanting .Relaxation And a calming clean soft scent feeling. Its has a special calming blend and is hypoallergenic. And no more tears . Tested by a pediatrician and a dermatologist .Not just for baby's that's for sure .hypoallergenic, and contains no parabens, phthalates, sulfates, or dyes. I would like to see if they sell this in a refill bottle but am not sure the cap will come off this bottle, But I know I will be using this for a long time .
I received this Johnson's bedtime baby bubble bath with calming aromas through the Spark Reviewer Program and I'm so glad I did! The smell is as awesome as expected. The bubbles are great, too. This product also leaves the skin moisturized and smelling awesome. I requested this product for my 7 year old granddaughter and myself who have very sensitive skin. This product had no adverse effects and left our skin soft and moisturized. The aroma was very relaxing while enjoying the bath. This is a very good product that lives up to the high standards expected from Johnson products and is definitely gentle enough for the sensitive skin of a baby, toddler, or adult. I will purchase this product again.
The quality is in the packaging. The pump bottle is first class. Clear bottle looks good on the shelf of the bathroom. The aroma is fabulous, helps me be in the mood to go to bed when I bathe our daughter. Lots of bubbles. Just what I expected from a long standing company like Johnson's. This is not just for kids.
I love Johnson's Bedtime Baby Bubble Bath with Calming Aromas. It's the perfect bubble bath to make for baby at night. I'm not sure if it's super calming cause let's be real he still has cried after taking a bath but I like to believe it has helped. Love the scent. Also like that the spout is a squirt bottle. Because when you are in the middle of bathing the baby it's too difficult to pop open a lid and squeeze into your hands. All kids shampoo/conditioner/body wash/bubble bath need to be made like that!! I recommend anything Johnson's to parents. Trust using their products on my children.
The title of this product is bedtime bubble bath. It works as a body wash but it doesn't bubble up. I can get a cheaper body wash. As for the claim it has calming aromas that might justify its price point I didn't notice it does anything more than any hot bath does for my grandchildren. I know there are studies that lavender is calming but it says “fragrance” which means it's synthetic and I don't think they have any science behind them to say they are calming. I wouldn't recommend it or use it again after it's gone.
