This Kimchi brand is the best tasting that I have tried from our local Walmart. As a good balance of spice and taste. As of 10/2023, this brand offered a BOGO where they sent money directly to my PayPal for the 2nd jar. I am glad I took the risk of trying out something new!
It's sour.
I missed the ingredient "tapioca syrup". The first taste of the kimchi was of sweetness (sugar) which is not in traditional kimchi. The cabbage was also soft, no crispness to any of it. The heat of the spice is medium, not hot. I will not buy again.
This company doesn't ship its product properly, so it arrives warm, far exceeding the temperature parameters on the can. Eat at your own risk.
