Well it took me 3 months cause the first one I got in the mail when I tried to connect it I bent the pins on the big t connect on the new juice product and had to trouble shoot it and then send it back for test to be ran and to find out almost 3months later they were sending me a new one and I got it and plugged it in and sweetness is what I have... I love it . And thanks to the support team at edge in Utah. You guys were great....
so far I do like my performance chip, will know more after this coming weekend as will be driving 12 hours. I am curious to see how the gas mileage will be. I was very happy with the sales person i had. did a great job, as he was new , but went to some extra work to find out the information i needed to purchase this product

I am very happy with the Juice Module. It has substantially increased the speed and power of my Ford 350. I was misinformed by other sources that my mileage would increase 3-5 miles per gallon. I suppose depending on your driving habits you may increase you mileage. But knowing the reason you bought it FORGET IT, TURN AND BURN!
I was very pleased with how easy the install was on this thing, including the EGT probe. It gives great power that you can feel easily. I made my Father in law drive my truck and it put a big 'ol smile on his face when he punched it. I haven't had a chance to pull a trailer with it installed yet. And the fuel mileage is iffy at this point to whether it helps or hurts my mileage.
Easy to install..Have not have product long enough to confirm power gains, but previous edge products have lived up to the hype

Awesome!! Looks good, works great, and gained 4mpg on average if i can keep my foot out of it. Also firmed up my shifts nicely.

This is nothing against real truck, just adding my experience for others. Have a 15 ram 2500. Saw this edge tuner, called them because i was afraid of warranty issues. Edge said it should be fine, it doesnt leave a footprint on the computer, it intercepts and sends out a new signal to the computer. Called a dealership, they said as long as it doesnt affect the computer, it should be fine. Bought the tuner. Not bad to install, It definitely added power, it was getting me 20+ mpg on the highway which i wasnt getting before. 6 months later, at 17,000 miles on a brand new truck, the planetary gears went out of the transmission, left me stranded on my way to work. called a tow truck. Edge did tell me as a precaution to remove the tuner before getting any work done just in case. It was pouring down rain, tow truck was on the way, i didnt have time or ability to get it all dissconected before it got to the shop. soon as chrysler heard it was there, they wouldnt even let me argue it. They let me continue the warranty if i paid to have new transmission installed and removed the tuner. Did that, Edge was nice enough to refund me and let me return the tuner. It did good, installed easy, added power or fuel economy, but ended up costing way more than it was worth. Hope it helps.
