Very filling and a great cleanse. All of the juices are tasty except number 3.
I've gotten a juice cleanse from them in the past and again my only complaint is instructions. They have numbers on bottles but they don't all go in order and it would be nice to have numbers on the soups too. It was kinda a guessing game which to eat when. Soups themselves they tried to make different with the names but overall lacked variety in flavor. I did lose weight!
