I've purchased this cleanse 7 times now. Pros are that all of the juices taste good, and it makes it easy to eat healthy and light during the day while still enjoying a meal with my family at night. One other reviewer mentioned that the juices spiked his/her sugar; that is definitely a downside. I did the cleanse for an extended period of time and once I went off, I immediately gained some weight back because of the sugar content of the juices. However, I lost 10 lbs on the cleanse and was able to excercise normally. Overall this is a great product!
Great for quick weight loss and to flatten your stomach. I lost 8 pounds in 3 days. I was working out every day of the cleanse though.
Enjoyed the drinks, the flavor, and the simplicity of having them. Some of the drinks were a bit difficult to drink due to the consistency. It did take away cravings, as well as decreased my appetite. The hardest part of the cleanse was not chewing. For supper, I would eat green vegetables and egg whites. Just ordered a 5 day cleanse. This will be my third time doing Jus by Julie. Other people at my work have done the cleanse as well. All have enjoyed doing the cleanse.
These juices are more versatile than cold pressed juice because they can be frozen and kept in the freezer for weeks until one is ready to consume. I have ordered these juices at least 6 times now and found the product consistently great quality.
I like Jus by Julie and have done the cleanse three times. I eat very little green veggies in my diet, and even I can drink their juices just fine. You need to be aware that they may not ship you the exact flavors that the order page shows. The Raw Green Protein flavor was replaced in my recent shipment with X-treme Greens, which is the only Juice they make that I did not want.
I am on my 3rd day of the cleanse and not feeling energized. In addition, I have not lost any weight. I truly have only been on these juices. It did say I could have steamed vegetables and I had to because of being hungry. I only had 2-cups per the instructions.
I placed an order for the 5 day reset and the 1 day Jus cleanse, made arrangements to be home to accept the package on the delivery date, and arranged my cleanse schedule to coincide with my return to work date after a leave. UPS didn't even receive my package until LATE in the evening on the day or should have been delivered. It arrived a day late the following afternoon. Upon opening, the dry ice had completely evaporated, and the juices were just above room temperature, and upon further inspection, I realized that HALF OF MY ORDER WAS MISSING. I didn't even receive the 1 day cleanse or ANY of the pea puff snacks that are part of the 5 day reset. I've emailed 3 times. I've called at LEAST 10 times during the hours that are listed for customer service assistance. I've submitted a request through the website. I've even had Afterpay, the installment merchant, contact them. Nothing. No response, no calls answered, no customer service at all. Just automated "we've received your email" replies and 2-3 advertising emails a day. I didn't even receive the rewards points that should have been added for the purchase. They've already left a HORRIBLE taste in my mouth, and I haven't even tried the product.
I have been juicing for years, usually making my own but I was going on a trip and wouldn't be able to juice as I usually do so I'd thought I'd give Jus by Julie a try. Boy was that a mistake! The only juice I could get down was Sweet Spin, the rest were bitter or chunky.
1 star for inconsistency in quantity and delivery. Juice itself is pretty good. Kept me full and energetic all day. My first order was for 3 days and included 6 bottles per day. This order was for five days but only included 4 bottles per day which left me exhausted after the third day. Delivery was almost two weeks late, so don't even know if I got them fresh enough as recommended. I'm going to try to find them in a local store.
had to throw them away after 3 days per the bottle, the bottle had writing on it saying only good for three days after receiving them, if i could i would try to get my money back, but i took them out camping, did not have enough food so i had to come back early.
