I have essential tremor and the keys on smart phones are too small and cause me to misdial or misspell. This just the perfect phone for seniors who only want it to make calls. And battery life is exceptional. This is my second just5 phone purchased from Walmart. When I lost my first one I went to the phone company store and got a new SIM chip. This cancelled the chip in the lost phone so that whoever found it could not use it on my account. I ordered the new phone using ship to store service on Monday afternoon about 2PM. Try to imagine my delight in receiving the new phone just 24 hours later! Wonderful service.

Sound is loud! buttons are large! Display has lots of contrast! Looks and acts like the first Snapfon I bought and that is preferable to me over the evolved Snapfon, especially because this phone has kept the alarm function. I wear it around my neck all the time so it functions like a life alert product - except not in the pool or shower. I've only had it for 1 week, so I can't speak to how it keeps working as it gets old. The Snapfon was very week around moisture, and lost some numbers including the emergency number.
This phone is poorly made and I expect it will not last long.
I bought this for my dad who has poor eyesight. The phone looks like it would have worked great. Big buttons. But it wouldn't even turn on. Lucky for us we tried it in the store. Returned immediately. Too bad.
