Love them
The open toe/open crotch combination is about the only thing keeping me from going crazy wearing compression pantyhose for my varicose veins. My only two suggestions to the manufacturer would be to make the crotch opening extend a little higher on the front, and to offer some options for waist size. I'm a 6'1 man weighing 145 lbs, so I'm pretty tall and thin. I'm in the smallest and tallest size because my leg measurements require it in order to get enough compression. But the waist is really, really tight on me. Usually my pants waist size is 33, so I have to believe there are other people out there who are bigger than I am, and I don't know how they'd ever survive with how tight the waist is. Hopefully Juzo will add a bigger top/waist size as an option, and that would make these more comfortable to wear. Otherwise, though, they're really nice in comparison to how uncomfortable I'd be with a closed toe and full panty-top.
