This booom box is really nice. I love the fact that it plays cassettes as well as cd's. A friend saw this and now wants me to get one for them.
Looks good, sounds geat, works great. Really like being able to record on to cassettes, they sound really good when played back. Great Product for the price.
It has a great sound and easy to use.
We purchased several for use in the classroom. So far, so good. It is getting more and more difficult to find a tape/CD combo, but this one fits the need, and the price is right.
The design is a bit backwards. The cd controls are on the front where the cassette player is and the cassette controls are on the top where the cd player is located.
bought this mainly for the cassette feature. Right out of the box, it ate the first cassette tape. Tried half a dozen others, same result--the tape got caught in the first pinch roller. It's going back to the store
Boombox broke after one week of use. I still have to return it to Walmart when I make my next trip there. I wanted it so I could use the play and record features of cassette tapes. It broke after one week. The radio works and CD player works, but the reason I purchased it, the cassette tape features, are broken and do not work. I will be returning this product in the next week or so during my next trip to Walmart. Horrible product. Do not purchase!!
Wow, i got this boom box to play cassette tapes and on the second tape I tried, it ate the tape! it was very disappointing.
I do not like this boombox at all.The radio does not pick up well.The speakers don't sound good. You get what you pay for here.
I purchased this for my 76 yr old father for a Father's Day gift primarily for the easy to use features. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the sound quality (even at max volume it was quiet) and the radio stations did not pick up (even with the antenna out). I read the reviews about someone using it in a classroom and this product might be ok for that, however, I do not recommend this for anyone (especially if you want ANY volume at all) to use at home. I returned this and purchased the Sony instead (well worth the additional $20).
