Ive used the fryer a dozen times now and I love it. It comes to temperature quickly and keeps its heat when cooking. The filtration feature works great, its easy to disassemble for cleaning. The handle comes off the basket and everything can be stored inside, making the entire unit very easy to store on a shelf.
Awesome Oil Filtration Deep Fryer. Son Brandon bought this Deep Fryer to help me when I make Meat on the Stick (Ukrainian Dish for Special occasions like Christmas, Weddings, Birthdays etc. Cut my time by 50% no exaggeration. This machine heats up fast and crisps and brown in a unifying overall coating.
I make Meat on the Stick (Ukrainian Dish) a few times a year. Christmas, Birthdays, Special events. My son Brandon recently purchased this Deep Fryer and it helped reduce my time substantially as I create this time consuming delicious recipe which I use chicken and/or pork and veal.
Everything's ok except for the magnetic cord. It's annoying and doesn't stay in place. I had to put a small box paper underneath for the cord to stay.
I liked the digital timer lets you know when it was ready, in the flip side. Basket is too small. And it did not release the oil as specified.
The filtration is feature does not work, so it's really pointless to make this purchase and the bracket handle won't stay together so food was falling back in oil and when delivered it was soaking wet so I can't return this item became the items box was peeled off

I be had it for a few weeks and it just caught fire in the plug. My son just got burnt unplugging it
Have had it for a while; but the magnetic cord in the back is loosing it's 'pull' and won't stay attached to the deep fryer. And, I can't find a replacement cord. Not happy.
The reservoir in the bottom is made of plastic that can not withstand high heat. The reservoir warped with less than ten fry sessions and leaked oil all over our kitchen counter and floor.
