I tried pressure washing without any soap. then I tried with the cleaner and it made a big difference. I will buy this product again.
Dilute as directed and you don't need to rinse. Our kitchen, dinning room, living room and family room are all tile. This cleans great.
I clean my deck with a power washer. Spraying this cleaner on before hand makes no noticeable difference in effort required. A mixture of liquid bleach and trisodium phosphate works better but can't be sprayed on with power washer. Doing so would void washer warranty and probably damage your washer.
