My birds love this food and it's loaded with vitamins and minerals and all the things that birds need.
My parakeet, Meatball, loves his food.
i like the package and delivery was good.
I would recommend this product and can say that the product stays fresh for an extended period of time or the last seed!! The built-in zip lock resealed the bag and not even water could get in. My only negative comment would be his product is in such high demand that it's almost always out-of-stock at Walmart, Target and even PetSmart, so stock up. Hope this helps
My parakeet will only eat this food. He is healthy and sings a lot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As my two Parakeets "JOHNNY AND JUNE" have grown up together & fallen head over tail feathers they have become VERY SPOILED by me! Their diets are VITAL to their daily ENERGY, HEALTH and MOOD! They BOTH have been eating this food for a LONG TIME & are BOTH 5 STAR PATIENTS at their VET! This food contains MANY daily VITAMINS they need including Vitamin A Supplement, Choline Chloride, L-Lysine, Mixed Tocopherols (a preservative), Ferrous Sulfate, Vitamin B12 Supplement, Manganous Oxide, ( to name a few) & TONS of Grains like Canary Grass Seed, White Millet, Oat Groats, Red Millet, Flax Seed, Corn Gluten Meal, Ground Corn, Ground Wheat, Dehulled Soybean Meal. As you can clearly SEE, this is a GREAT CHOICE to become PART of your Parakeets diet. Make sure your ALSO including fresh items such as brocolli,sweet corn, spinach,squash, Apples(segments-without the pips)Apricot,Banana, Bilberry Blackberry (bramble), Blueberry,Cherries (de-stoned)..This way your Parakeets are GETTING AS CLOSE TO THE VITAMINS they would be getting in their WILD HABITAT! This food is DEFINITELY worth RECCOMENDING to anyone with a Parakeet buddy!
its bird seed nothing exciting for them I'd rather or from Amazon they have more variety and also food to cook dor my birds and which they love. Only bought this cause i was low on seed.
Just a suggestion. Next time when you pack the 5 lbs plastic bag parakeet food put some bubble wrap because the last time and this one, bag was broken and food was half inside the bag and the other half around it in the box. Thank you.
Shipping was fast but the 5lb bag of seed was cut completely open on the bottom of the bag and all the seed was coming out of the box.
