This heat wrap is exactly as advertised. It provides the hot or cold therapy exactly where you need it, and maintains it's temperature for more than 60 minutes. The fact that you can place it where you want, and be able to move around to answer the door or the phone while it stays in place, is fantastic. The site-to-store shipping feature is an added bonus with the delivery time being minimal. As always, Wal-Mart has provided the quality, value and service so lacking with other retailers. I would recommend this product to friends in a second. Thanks for being there Wal-Mart!
