The scent on this oil has changed. It smells like automobile oil. On the previous purchases I've made on this oil smelled great. What happened? Also it matts my hair down. It's too expensive. I don't like it anymore. I won't be buying it again.
It was not properly packed and was in a torn box. This is not how you should send it to the customer.
The product was open and spilled everything in the package. T was a mess
I didn't know Walmart sold fake stuff, but it's completely different from what I have here. This could ruin my hair
Do not buy this product and I believe is a fake. It does not have the same texture or smell as the real. You can see in the picture I have attached. The far left is the original, the three bottles to the right I purchased from this seller. As you can see, there is a color difference as well. Should have known the process too good to be true.
I ordered A Kérastase oil hair, but what I got was definitely not the real thing. It's disappointing when a product turns out to be fake, and this was a clear case. Also, When I received the package, it was clear that the contents had not been handled with care. The box was dented and torn, and it seemed like it had been mishandled during shipping. Upon opening it, I found that the product inside was partially damaged. This was incredibly disappointing
Didn't notice any change in my hair texture. Doesn't help in making hair sleek too.
What the item promotes is not similar as the results shown. The smell is completely different from the previous products I have purchased.
The two paper boxes arrived unsealed and well crumpled. I'M NOT SURE IF ARE ARIGINAL
This oil smells terribly bad. I used it once but it had a strong gasoline smell. Don't recommend using this supplier.
