Both the storage tray and the filters came promptly and were in good condition on arrival, the storage tray works exactly as shown and is sturdy enough to put under the Keurig I currently own.

Bought a new Keurig to replace our broken one. This one came with a complimentary filter so I used it. It seemed to be a good idea so I ordered a 2-year supply based on the recommended every two-month replacement of the filter. A little pricey but I will at least use them for the first two-years.
These filters do well for the coffee maker. Actually can get longer than 4 months out of them.
Reordered filters and received them in a day. I love the company
Seem to function as intended for water/beverage filters.
I purchased replacement filters, thinking that it would come with an additional “holder” for my machine! I had to take the filter “holder” from our single pod machine to put into my K Cup duo machine ! Frustrating trying to run both machines!!!!
missing product from the box. someone could have a least looked inside before shipping. only had one filter inside. I really needed the filters. don't know why I'm writing this review. nobody reads them in customer service. I'll be canceling this online service. I'll be using Kroger from now on.
