what I dislike about this is it had a bent on the back corner of the air conditioner and didn't noticed it until it it was finished putting into the window I should have known when the box came in busted
The plug is not compatible with American outlets
Plug size is not in description. We thought we had the right size 230v outlet but apparently this thing uses some spaceship level outlet.
