Although it was damaged on the outer surface upon delivery I am very pleased with this air conditioner… it's very quiet and blows out extremely cold air.. I checked to see if the heater works and it seems to heat up quickly but will be able to say better once winter arrives… I have a fairly larger than average living room %26 kitchen, both rooms are cool now which aloud me to turn off the portable air conditioner in my washroom.. Glad I made this purchase..
after suffering in the heat all summer with a cheap window ac supplied by my chintzy landlord, i took the plunge and bought this. what a difference! even on the hottest, most humid days, i never put it above "low" and stay completely cool and comfortable. what a relief! wish i would have bought it sooner.

As far as cooling goes, it works better than expected and does a fantastic job at cooling the first floor of our 3800 sq. ft. house. We have two units on the first floor and have found we rarely need to have both going at the same time as this does it's job, plus some. But, the only drawback that my husband noticed with install is that it does not come with a ‘sleeve' if you are doing a wall install. Every unit will create condensation, even if at an angle, this will drip to whatever is below as the bottom of the AC is riveted will fall through rather than be guided out of the wall - I hope that makes sense? Anyway, we had to purchase a sleeve so that the water from condensation did not seep into our walls. Don't let that hold you back from purchasing as it's worth the added cost - just be prepared to buy a wall sleeve.
The measurements given online were not correct and we did not find that out until we cut a bigger hole in my house for this unit.needless to say when we measured this unit it was the exact same size as my old unit, so extra work had to be done to fix the issue. Don't trust there measurements , measure your unit before cutting to fit what was supposed to be the measurements
Installed Yesterday 8/26. With all the damage to the exterior of the unit I would have normally returned it, but it you have ever been without air in August in Alabama you will know why I didn't return. It is working, but doesn't seem that it cools the 20x24 room as I expected. I still haven't figured what the button that looks like 2 batteries is for.
The product description says it weighs 121 lb's. I just got a call from UPS saying they cant deliver it because it is over their weight limit of 125. It took two people to unload it. They weighed it and it weighs 155 POUNDS. NO THANK YOU! IM SENDING IT BACK
It doesn't cool like it should. You set it and it does what it wants to do not what you set it on
Product came in not cooling. I've had it on for hours and it's just not getting any colder
Size of unit was different than pictured not as wide or tall. Also this is the 2nd unit ordered. 1st was damaged and I didn't except. 2nd unit also damaged but excepted because we had been with out heat.
