I'm welding on steel floors all the time. I always wear the leather off the toes of my boots. I even fill the holes in with the product. It out lasts the rest of the boot. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

It seemed to be really tough stuff. we will find out more next week.
I used this on an old pair of boots that had worn out at the toe. I cleaned and sanded the boots, masked of the area and applied according to the instructions, fairly easy process. Once dry, the coating appears to be tough and a little flexible though I cannot attest to its durability as I have not had it on long enough but, happy so far!

wrong color again! sell it as brown comes in a box saying it's brown but two times I have bought from this vendor and the container in the box that says brown has black coating in it. no biggie but would like the color I order will try to remember to use another vendor next time.
