Kinderlyte Oral Electrolyte Solution Lemonade Is great for when you need to replace your electrolytes and it isn't unhealthy for you at all. This is what they would use for you in the hospital so you know it is the go-to when you are severely dehydrated and really need the hydration. My husband and I recently caught a stomach virus and it was nasty and this helped immensely. I also use it for when my kids are sick. It can be difficult to drink because the liquid seems thick but not syrupy. It's an easy fix to just put some ice cubes in it or just some water to make it easier to drink. I love that Kinderlyte is all natural and free from dyes and has less sugar than the leading competitor and contain more sodium and potassium as well. It is great that this Kinderlyte Oral Electrolyte Solution also have Zinc for Immunity support. Even tho it doesn't contain any added sweeteners it taste very sweet, but not directly medicine like. This drink is perfect for after workout or carry a bottle on longer bike rides or hike to ensure stay hydrated. There are three different flavors to choose. Kinderlyte Oral Solutions is a great product I am currently using the product because I am on a liquid diet for 2 weeks in order to have surgery and it has came in handy. I am able to hydrate quickly when needed. Because I am working and working out and want something with some flavor other than water that won't interfere with my diet I get 4oz of Kinderlyte Oral Solutions lemona flavor and it just makes my mouth feel better and I am able to keep going without missing a beat. My teenagers have also tried Kinderlyte Oral Solutions during and after sporting outings be it a game or practice they too have found it to hydrate them quickly and and help them cool off when needed. I had not tried this before until I was given the opportunity to sample Kinderlyte through The Insiders. I thought it was going to be the same as other similar products but this was a good surprise. This has a very nice mild flavor and the texture was more of a beverage and not really think feeling like others. I sampled another flavor and liked this one the best. I put it over ice and it was just like drinking a refreshing glass of lemonade and I wouldn't have known the difference if I had not prepared it myself. I have already told a few people to try it out since I felt that it worked really well. It was nice to have this to get hydrated without feeling like I was drinking a sugar packed drink!

I was very happy to find Kinderlyte Natural Electrolytes Hydration drink and experience the benefits. I have tried other natural hydration products and one had such a strong salt taste that I couldn't even drink it!! But Kinderlyte has found the perfect combo of enjoyable natural flavors. I was surprised that they tasted so good because they contain no artificial sweetners, flavors or colors. I tried several flavors and found Lemonade to be my favorite so far. I was having a rough day with a headache and generally sluggish so it was a perfect time to give Kinderlyte a try. I have to admit that my issues have improved. My kids are not big fans of water, so hydration (especially in winter) is hard... but Kinderlyte has provided immediate help. After the first glass went down and both kids were asking for more, I took a swig -- no wonder they like it so much -- it's tasty. I picked up both the cherry and lemon flavors and they aren't too sweet, and much lower calorie than "sports drinks". The sweetness comes from Stevia which seems to be a much better sweetener than other chemical sweeteners -- plus, it's not full of calories like sugar. In the summer heat, I often feel like I am dehydrated after a workout, especially after running for some time. In fact, I began to feel re-energized and renewed after starting to take this one. I especially like this one because it has less sugar and is packed with incredible flavors that keep me hydrated. I was happy to try the Kinderlyte Oral Electrolyte solution and even happier there was another product like this on the market. I really like the ingredients and the hydration it provides. My daughter was not crazy about the flavor of the Lemonade, however. I felt it was ok but it wouldn't exactly say I enjoyed the flavor.
