I love the muffin mix. I use pumpkin, blueberries and bananas in the mix. I also had nuts and spices. I love them for breakfast.
Our teenager used this mix to make raspberry muffins. Besides gluten free we also need to substitute dairy so we used coconut milk and coconut oil. The muffins turned out fantastic!
I was pleasantly surprised at how well these came out. I added blueberries and white chocolate chips. They were golden brown and baked well and were so tasty! I bought more to have on hand.
This product is delicious and great to add anything extra to make it special like nuts, oats, fruit, chia seeds, etc. The texture and flavor is as good as anything made with wheat flour. I have made muffins and a cake with this mix.
