I'm not going to go on in detail about this system actually works, but let's just say that is does not function the way I thought it would and am not that pleased with it. Go somewhere to talk to a tech and investigate this item thoroughly before you buy it so there is no surprises. I would have just bought two of the cheaper units if I had it to do over.
I have this King Dish Satellite antenna outside of my camper in North TX and during the recent cold spell, the dome protecting the satellite antenna cracked in two places.
