[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this KitchenAid - KitchenAid Dual Convection Countertop Oven with Air Fry! It's beautiful, yes, I said beautiful. It's also got a ton of great features AND it bakes/roast/toasts/air fries/etc food wonderfully! A feature I love is that the inside of the oven in nonstick! Cleanup is a breeze. I could see the oil splattering during the first roast chicken I made, and was cringing at the thought of how I was going to clean the oven. To my surprise, some soap, water and paper towel was all I needed. The large crumb tray is so easy to pull out and clean. The racks are easy to clean with hot soap and water. Overall, 5 star on cleanability. A weird thing I noticed when toasting bread is that you'll want to put the bread over the bottom rack coils to get the toast action, and if you put the bread further away, you get less toast action. This roasts a chicken fantastically. I attached a picture of the final result and the entire chicken was crispy and golden brown without using a ton of oil. I love the dial and function panel. I noticed that unlike a wall oven or other countertop ovens, there is no clock. Not a big deal. The buttons and dial are great for choosing the proper function, time, slices, etc. I can see that these features, and their placement, enhance the accessibility of the oven. When in use, the oven is also incredibly quiet! I love that this preheats so quickly— we're talking like only 3 or 4 minutes. I was shocked at how spacious the inside oven is for a countertop oven. Honestly, I don't think I'll even be using the full sized wall oven much anymore because this can do so much and fits so much but it takes up relatively little countertop space. I think this makes a great addition to the kitchen, whether you need an extra oven or you want an option that is more efficient than a wall oven for a smaller bake/roast/etc, or if you're just looking for a counter top oven that can do so much. I love the look and features of this. It's a great quality. I hadn't even mentioned the included temp probe for roasts! Between the quality, bells and whistles, and the functionality, this is a win.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a little while ago and I am loving it to no end. Not only does it cut down my cooking time, it provides a better healthier meal. My very favorite feature in this little beauty is toasting function. I love the air fryer too, but this toasting ability is my very favorite part. Toast, bagels, pop tarts, mini pizza's the list is endless. My next big adventure is to roast/air fry a chicken. I'm thinking that this will be amazing. I learned that those cold fries everyone throws out, come out hot and tasty like they came straight from the restaurant. So many options! This little gem has replaced my microwave, toaster and my oven.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the KitchenAid as a replacement for an old Oster oven that I loved. I wanted something that was large enough to bake a tray of muffins, a homemade pizza pie, cakes, roasts, whole chicken, etc. The KitchenAid is much larger than my old Oster and I can fit a tray of a dozen muffins no problem, a pizza pie no problem, to say the least I'm happy!! I like the features a the ease of use. I am going to try the air fryer today and I'm sure I will love that too. I like the look of the oven and it works perfectly. Very happy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kitchen Aid Dual Convection countertop oven/ Air Fryer is a serious appliance that will replace other appliances in your kitchen. I have replaced my deep fryer, air fryer and toaster. This is easy to use with the digital readout. Power it on set the temp, time and your ready to go. You can either touch the buttons that are labelled and then turn the knob or you can just push the knob and it will cycle through the functions and temp. It does have an audible beep when it is preheated and when the timer goes off. It comes with the air fry basket, a baking sheet and a rack. I have been using this for the last few weeks instead of my regular oven to cook dinner and have not had any problems with anything being over or under cooked. We use it in the morning for breakfast, bagels come out perfect every time. We baked cookies in it and with a little trial and error we got the perfect time figured out. It makes the best pizza we have ever had. The bottom is nice and crisp and the cheese is perfectly browned. This is easy to clean with the removable crumb tray. It runs extremely quiet. The design looks great on my counter. It is about the size of a microwave. But when you think of the appliances you are going to eliminate with this it is well worth the space. The only disappointment I have is it does not come with a recipe book for guidance when you first get it. But trial and error and it is figured out. Having 3 teenagers in my house this has made a world of difference when every one of them want to eat something at different times. It really beats heating the whole house because then keep having to put the big oven on. Now I want to buy one for my 85 year old father in law. I know it will be a great convenience for him.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am over the moon with the functionality of this unit. It can do everything you need to cook. We will be primarily using this in our 5th wheel because we hate using the propane oven. This cooks everything so well. The only thing that really requires a learning curve is the air frying function. It really isn't the same as stand alone air fryers. Get some fries and work with that. The unit is so quiet, even on air fry. Love that. It is so easy to clean. The crumb tray lifts right out. Size is great. It could literally be your only oven if you had a tiny home, rv, studio, etc. We did receive this to test, but all opinions are honest and my own. Oven holds true to temp. It is reliable as well. Two thumbs up.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect appliance when cooking for one. It preheats so much quicker than my standard size convection oven. I found the long list of cooking options a little overwhelming at first but truly appreciate all the features now. It's not much bigger than my microwave and all the accessories fit in my sink for easy cleaning. Favorite dishes broccoli, tofu, squash and sweet potato. Bonus points for not putting as much heat in my southern home.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven/air-fryer is absolutely amazing!! We have only had it for 2 weeks and it has actually changed how we cook most of our meals. (Note that before this we did not have a toaster oven OR an air fryer.) We like that it is an all-in-one device versus having separate appliances. The controls are straightforward and easy to use and you can change the time/temp while it is cooking. As of writing this we have tried the toast, bagel, air fryer, bake and keep warm settings. The toasting and bagel functions work well, the large capacity is nice when you want to make a lot of slices. I never thought we would use the “keep warm” function (because I don't use the function on our oven), but since it heats up to warming temp in <30 seconds I've found it to be useful while getting the rest of dinner ready. The air fryer function is by far my favorite. We have cooked salmon, chicken breasts and wings and they have all turned out perfectly. This may be common to other air fryers, but I am amazed at how quickly it cooks meat and how well it turns out. The wings were nice and crispy on the outside while still juicy on the inside. I was able to get 2 pounds of wings in the basket, but you might be able to get 2.5-3 pounds if you are strategic with your placement. Because there is room in between the basket and the walls of the oven, you can also sit wings upright around the sides to save space. Another plus is that you don't need to flip things during cooking (unlike other fryers)! You can also see in through the glass to check how crispy your wings are. I was initially worried about cleaning (wings were pretty messy), but I was actually able to rinse off dried juices just using our faucet. This is not really a con, but just pay attention to how big it is and make sure you have a place to put it! It does have a bulge in the back so be aware of that. It is on the larger side, but if you have the space it is totally worth the extra capacity!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whether you have limited counter space, or just appreciate a well-made, do everything appliance, this is for you! There is a bit of a learning curve, but only because it has the ability to really dial in how you want your food to turn out. It is big enough to create a meal sized portion, not just snacks like a lot of countertop units. The big airfry basket is awesome. Everything we have cooked has come out just right.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit intimidated by the size of the duel convection Countertop oven, after using it several times trying the different settings, my family has quickly decided this is our new favorite appliance. It toasts bread or bagels so easily and the best part is that it is quiet. I have cooked pizza, made toast, roasted vegetables and air fried chicken, all cooked too perfection and so fast. This is perfect as I only have one oven, I am ready for the holidays, I don't have to worry about oven space now. This appliance is well designed, super easy to use and the color is perfect. It is well made and is easy to clean. The trays are great, I do wish I could store them under the oven. The only downside of this oven for me is that it needs a good size counter space and height clearance from cabinets. No more extra gadgets, we now have one oven that does everything. Perfect for families with busy lifestyles and want to prepare food in a healthy way.
I have had this oven for over 2 months now. It have been a life saver because the oven doesn't work on my kitchen stove. I truly love this oven. I have used toast, bagel, bake, broil, convection bake, dehydrate and air fry. All of the functions that I have tried work great except for the air fry. This is the first oven-type of air fryer that I have used, but I think that its the oven. If you use directions given on a product that has air fryer instructions, the item will generally be under cooked. On my single function air fryer, I use generally happy when I cooked items between 375 and 385 degrees. Even if a crank this one up to 450, the results are lack luster.
