It's super quiet, easy to install and the third rack is awesome compared to other makes and models. I like the wash options it has as well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good! We haven't had the dishwasher for long, but I tested its settings by placing caked on dishes and pans and it all came out crystal clean. The sani-dry function took longer than I expected, but I was pleased with the results!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dishwasher. The handle us robost and the adjustable shelves make it easy to accomodate many items. The only suggestion I would make is an option for the door after a cycle to air dry after cycle completion.

A little noisier than my last dishwasher which was a GE. Would have fixed that one but parts are no longer available since bought by China. Hopefully this American made Kitchen Aide will last.

The last row on tines on the bottom rack do not line up perfectly with all the other tines, causing the plates to be fairly loose and prone to fall over when the rack is open and closed.

I would give it 5 stars but the door is a real detractor. It has continuous tension and to open it you need to push it all the way down which means bending over and pushing it a within 2 inches of the floor. Not a good design for old folks with bad backs. It's hard for me to believe, with all the years you peoeple have been designing and building appiances you couldn't come up with a better hinge design. You should be embarrassed.

Then several lights began flashing at the same time, then some began flashing more slowly. We tried resetting. Dishwasher continued to do the same thing. Now have to wait almost 2 weeks until warranty technician comes to diagnose.

I have tried several times and a few different phone numbers, but have been unable to reach customer service. It's either after hours, the automated system puts me in a loop or the automated message tells me it's outside business hours when it's not.

Still doesn't work. Stupidly, we bought a new one. This one also doesn't work- it has a different error within the first week. It's going back. Never again.
