Perfect
Works well for some slip on shoes for my granddaughter. Helps the shoes stay on until she fully grows into them.
My daughter recently bought shoes with laces that were too short. These being oval tend to untie easier than flat laces, but the length is perfect for her size 1 (big girl) tennis shoes and they are a simple, but classic design.
