I wanted to be unique with water storage on my 2-wheeled big offroad motorcycle - and got this product after searching for fuel/water packs online. Saw that Walmart offered it site to store pickup at best price around. I found the rack at a local outdoor store so needed the water pack to fit on it. My application is for an 1200cc adventure enduro motorcycle and for carrying extra water for 2-up (or 1-up) camping. So far, on my fit up, it only leaks a few drops that I can tell. Really crank down on the cap and shouldnt have that big a problem. Its only water. I hear the fuel packs may leak a little though. I am going to experiment with a flat cork piece inside the cap to see if that helps at all. Product stays on and transports well. I went to hardware store and upgraded the rack's plastic fasteners with stainless small U-bolts. Works great.
