The amplifier was ordered as Christmas present for my grandson. It arrived about 3 or 4 days before Christmas but was DEAD ON ARRIVAL! So disappointing! Took it out of the box, plugged it in, lights came on. Plugged guitar in = NOTHING! Took it back to the store. Will NOT order a Kona product again. The final inspector for this one should be fired.
