I have a flat roof and cracks open up frequently since it is concave and collects water. I've used the tar with reinforcement mesh. I've used the aluminum coat and other expensive latex/polymer coatings. Nothing works as well as this. It seems soupy in the can, and is easy to put on, but it's the way it works that's special. It doesn't crack like tar does. Even thin, it gets hard and seals well. Instead of an intoxicating stench, it hardly smells at all.
I have used this product on several occasions to patch/seal some problem areas on a roof and have been pleased with the results. it's easy to apply.
This product is really, really easy to use and performs wonderfully.
I have used this product for years now and it is a guaranteed leak fixer. Will not buy any other.
Put on with a stiff paint brush...easy to work with.
Great stuff for cracks or any kind of patch job.. Got it in one day Walmart is super fast.. Better then Amazon.

It's a good product. The problem is it doesn't spread too far. I have ordered more to finish the job. Otherwise, I am happy with it.
3/15/19 - Has consistency of wheel-bearing grease. - Paints-on thickly - Will wash off if not dried for minimum of 24 hours. - Yes, it does crack - Required reapplication at least once a year
