If you're carefully watching your fat/carb/sugar intake, this is the mayo for you. I keep salmon and tuna salad in the fridge at all times for a quick, high protein snack and using this mayo eliminated all of the guilt. You (at least, I) absolutely cannot tell the difference between this mayo and the regular stuff.
I love this because it is Weight Watcher friendly. I use it for everything!!! Hard to find except at Walmart online. Works great in cold slaw recipes, salads, sandwiches: anything that you would use mayo. It does not taste exactly like mayo, but a great substitute and so low in points.
Kraft's "Fat-free Mayo" has been my usual mayonnaise for years. It works great in coleslaw, sandwiches, and every other use. Now I have heard that Kraft is discontinuing this great product. I am trying to stockpile a lot of jars but know eventually I'll run out. Kraft, PLEASE keep making this excellent product.
If you are watching your calorie count and fat, this mayo is great. It has a great taste and at 10 calories a tbsp and fat free, it has endless possibilities. I use it to make salad dressings and salads such as tuna, potato, slaw or creamy cucumbers just to name a few.
I hope Walmart keeps carrying this product! I actually do not like mayo. But this product I like. I can make chicken salad etc and not have the heavy mayo taste
If you love mayo, but not the extra fat, this is for you. It has a great flavor, without an after taste.
I've enjoyed this product for many years, and Walmart is the only place I can buy it. The timing and shipment were fast, but the delivery person just placed the large box on the ground next to my mailbox instead of on my front porch. Rain was predicted, and it was a good thing we noticed the delivery. In the future, please place packages on the porch.
this is a winner. tart but a hint of sweet from that BAD HFcorn syrup!! KRAFT needs to DDUUMMPP! that HFC to make more customers buy their products! It is pricey considering they left out FAT -- but it is a good lower calorie substitute for regular fatty mayo. great as a spread and as an ingredient in potato , etc. salads you can add a bit of pickle juice to cover the sweet-- BUT Kraft could just leave the HFCS --OUT!! of the recipe to begin with-- they must own a HFCS company as they SADLY put it in almost everything they sell!!!---that considerably limits what i buy from them. price has been recently raised from $2.48 to $2,78 [ why?? 30 cents more??!! ]but quality is not improved.
High fructose corn syrup instead of fat is your trade-off. I got this when I was having a gall bladder attack and needed to go as low-fat as possible. I wish I'd paid attention more closely to the ingredients. Also, it doesn't mix very well in chicken or tuna salad. There's a consistency issue. The flavor is also off a bit and I had to really doctor it up when using with garlic, onion, and herbs. If you have to go fat free, go for it. But you may discover, as I did, it's better to be a bit of a mayo snob and simply indulge in mayo less often.
Mayo was all over
