Love KT tape! The color is pretty close to what actually arrived. Hope the beige will be a little less obvious with shorts in the summer. If applied right, it stays where you put it for 2-3 days. When you shower, the ends may start rolling up a little, but the rest stays put.
I injured my ankle recently and I wanted to have support my ankle while working out, I purchased this tape and it is a great support for my ankle.

This special tape was recommended to me by a co-worker who had shin splints. I selected this type and mailed it to my son who plays NCAA soccer and had significant pain in his shins. His trainer applied the tape and felt that the quality was superior to what they had in the training room. My son reported that after the game his shins felt great and the tape was a life-saver for him. I was very, very impressed, knowing how sore he had been and how much the tape helped.

I have been using KT Tape for plantar fasciitis. I will say it did provide support and lessened the pain. However, it does not adhere for the claimed 4 days. I tried prepping my foot/lower leg every possible way, but only got 20 hours before it started to peel and become a nusiance.
