I have bicep tendonitis and was instructed by a personal trainer to get this tape I'm a fitness instructor and haven't been able to lift weights
I use this tape for neuropathy. Although it does not cure the nerve damage, it settles down the pain.

I've had very bad knees since I was a kid but I'm in to a lot of sports and it was getting too bulky to continuously wear a big brace and too painful to not. Recently a friend of mine told me to try out the tape and go for a run. And it made a huge difference. It didn't start peeling as I was sweating

I've been living with arthritis, bursitis and a partally torn rotator cuff. As a bonus gift, frozen shoulder. My skin is thinning due to medications I take so regular tape I cannot use. This is gentle enough that I can remove without tearing of skin but it sure does work in making my shoulder pain go away. I wanted to be able to life light weights to build up muscle and it is possible using this tape. An added bonus is starting to sleep better due to less pain. It's a win for me when I found this tape. Grateful.
I have a hyper elasticity disorder which effects my knees massively causing me constant pain and occasionally loss of function. My PT recommended this product as well as my Aunt who has EDS and POTS and KT tape works wonders for the both of us. It quite honestly keeps us together and helps to combat the pain we are in daily
Ruptured my right Achilles in Oct. 2016. Did not have it repaired. Have had extreme foot camping and plantar faciitis issues the last few months. Didn't believe taping could help but I was wrong. Played 18 holes of golf today with no pain! I'm now a KT believer!

I have used KT tape on my shoulder since i returned to tennis after injuring my rotator cuff July 2023. It worked well until this last purchase of 150 precut pieces. Most of the time the ends start to peel off quickly. I hopeit is just this box, as it always helped before .
