I had an issue of missing part less than 10 days the issue was resolved. The first inquiry I got a responds that day and they kept me updated on the progress to resolve my issue. I would without a doubt recommend this company.
Its really good just that the Instructions were a little too hard to understand but it is really good it charges fast and it can ride on grass
Terrible instructions and visually hard to understand, broke in less than 15 minutes of driving it. No customer support available or parts to order.
I brought three of them when the axle broke and the second one this one the motor went out it will turn on but it wouldn't go
So far I'm not very happy with this item. The assembly instructions were incomplete and really difficult to figure out. Pictures are shaded and fuzzy. A few of the plastic parts don't fit well. But now for the sad part: the steering joint is spot welded to the bar and not solidly enough, so it broke almost immediately. I picked up the manual to get company information, for replacement parts. It's completely devoid of this info. No mailing address, no email, no website or phone number. I'm hoping I can find the info I need. My granddaughter had fun with the vehicle for about 30 minutes.
I purchased this for my 25 pound niece and it broke during the first ride. I returned it and got a replacement hoping it was a fluke…but NOPE! The same part broke the first ride on this one too.
My daughter only rode once. Remote never worked and speed change never worked. Walmart would not return. Don't waste your $ on this one
Broke first day he rode from steering column. 2 different Walmart locations still can't get it returned. $200 down the drain! Do better Walmart
it was messed up Where the screws was it was stripped
The jeep came with everything besides the bar for the back with the lights. It also had a broken light on the front.
