My friend recommended these bibs, and I was a little concerned because of the price. However, I have found them to be great. I like that they are long-sleeved, it helps with clean-up! I just wash them in the sink and lay them to dry. It is great! My daughter does manage to get her arm out of the arm hole and get messy on occassion, but overall it keeps the messes to more of a minimum!
I am really pleased with these bibs. They are not stiff nor do they go over her head to put them on. They are easily cleaned and keep her clean while eating. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have a little one that hates to wear regular bibs, she yanks them all off, whether they are velcro or go over the head! She ruined a lot of her clothes because of that and now that she's learning to self feed, these bibs are perfect! They protect her clothes and she doesn't realize she's wearing it. I searched many stores for these!
I am about to purchase another set of these for my son. The ones I have for my daughter have held up very well for the past 2+ years, but the one that we have used more is starting to lose its 'plastic' backing. They really work well to protect her clothes, especially when she was learning to feed herself. They wash great in the machine, and dry quickly - just hang them from the bottom on the line or a hanger.
the long sleeve bibs make a huge difference. I have twins and messes are endless as they are learning to eat. These bibs keep the mess off their clothes. The only complaint I have is that I ordered the pack for girls and they sent the pack of bibs for boys. It wasn't worth the hassle to send it back. As far as the bibs go, they are wonderful!
I use these for bibs when my girls are in dressy clothes & as a spare smock when we have playdates who want to fingerpaint. They are great, very useful & versatile. I really don't know why there aren't more bibs like this widely available. I can't comment on the durability b/c we haven't had them long enough, but they seem very well made & I'd be surprised if they didn't wear well.
These are truely the best bibs I have tried and believe me I have tried plenty. The long sleeves have saved plenty of outfits and the waterproof feature means they are very easy to clean. They dry quickly between meals and the pocket seems to catch most of the food that falls down the cracks of the highchair. I love this product and would recomend it to others. I have made it part of all of my baby shower gifts since buying my first set 6 months ago and have gotten similar feedback from all of the recipients.
I ordered these bibs as my daughter is starting to self feed and I want to keep her somewhat clean. They cover the sleeves and the chest well, but I wish the lower half was a little wider and maybe had velcro straps to keep it around the waist. She still gets messy, but clean up is a lot easier. As it is, the only clothing that gets soiled is her hips and side of her legs because the bib slides from side to side.
This bib does work very well and serve the purpose of keeping your childs shirt dry. The only thing that would of been nice was if they wrist were elastic to insure nothing got through. All and all it is a good bib, and it is very hard to find a long sleeved bib.
Kushies used to make these bibs with ties at the back, which made it near impossible for the kids to pull them off. The new velcro makes them as useless as other bibs if your child likes to tug them off. Otherwise the long sleeves and full coverage is great.
