I run a mechanical gaming keyboard, and gaming mouse made by Gamdias, and they are excellent quality so don't let the lower price fool you this is quality gear. would and already have highly recommended this headset.
This product was absolutely amazing. I really enjoy using it for my daily gaming needs. My all-time favorite features are the cooling and noise cancelling mic. I use this headset for all of my gaming needs, which diverse between very demanding FPS games, like battlefield, and strategic games like league of legends. I've been testing this product for roughly 4 days now, on and off and I can't believe how comfortable they are even after 6 hours of straight use. Since I received it, it has completely replaced my old wireless headset. I've made this my primary headset and for good reasons. Comfort being the most important one, because my previous ones would start hurting me after only 2-3 hours of play time. I highly recommend this headset for any gamer who really needs to rely on the in-game sounds, as the surround sound features greatly exceeded my expectations. And for $80 it's a steal, as it exceeds the quality of previous headsets that I've tried whose price was in the triple digits. If I could suggest one thing though, it would have to be possibly a wireless version, as I'm used to playing from my bed or couch and absolutely hate having to have wires all over the place.
The slightly oversized ear cups and soft leather padding make this hands down the most comfortable headset I've ever owned. I didn't get these headphones for comfort alone though. The virtual 7.1 Surround Sound coupled with the host of additional sound modification features provided by the HERA software also make them the most full-featured headset I've ever encountered. The perks don't end there… they have something called a Blast Source Identifier. I didn't even know what this was until I started PvPing. I don't know how to describe it. I can identify the source of incoming fire without even trying. It's like I can ‘feel' where the bullets are coming from! I highly recommend these for any serious gamer who wants the best, coolest and most functional headset available today.
This product is pretty good for me since I am the player who gets my gaming headset for the first time. Not only the sound quality is quite better than the other big enterprise's product, also it sounds clear and does not have other noises. I use this headset for playing League of Legends, and I am surprised the stereo sound is outstanding and clearly. The surround channel is re-configuring the environment in the game distinctively, which I believe this would be good effect for any FPS games and shooting games. The surrounding sound effect is very reality, and I like to have stereo sound effect for gaming. This is product is excellent gaming headset overall.
I've been using this headset everyday for the last two weeks and this is honestly the best headset I've ever used, really great quality, especially for the price. I mainly use it while I play World of Warcraft or Diablo 3 and listen to YouTube/Netflix at the same time, and I can hear them both perfectly. The sound quality is awesome (7.1 surround sound), it blends all sources of noise together very well and even has subwoofers (which is great for movies, music, and games). The headset is built very well with comfort in mind, it's comfortable for hours (I haven't found any discomfort at any time). The ear covers are very soft and prevent sweating and the headset in general is durable but not heavy. There are only two things I would change, the first is optional colors, the white/grey color looks great, but it doesn't match my black and red rig (not a big deal honestly, just a preference). The second being a wireless headset would be great (again nothing important), although I'm not a fan of wires, the wire on the headset is pretty lengthy so you do have nice flexibility and a good distance to move. Besides my two minor preferences, this has the best quality sound and comfort I've ever had in a headset (way better than any speaker as well). The drivers from the website work instantly on Windows 10 after a quick install, I didn't have to change any settings and it came out perfectly. I would recommend this headset for anyone, especially for those who loves great sound.
not a light headset, but comfortable. the sound blaster brings advantages in playing shooting games, good bass...surely recommend.
I recently got this headset to replace my old one's which broke. I bought them to use with my PS4. It's a good sturdy headset light's work not to heavy but heavier than most. The sound is very low on it. So disappointed in that aspect I can hear my friend's talk more than the actual sound from the game which would've been better other way around. The mic is NOT a noise canceling mic I talked to my friend and my g/f was around 10 feet away from me and he heard every word she said, so mic picks up a lot of noise. I plugged the headset into the computer and it was louder than my PS4. Not a lot of complaints with it as of yet, If you are getting this for a Xbox headset or PS4 headset steer clear of it for consoles but for PC then I would recommend for only PC..........I am not a PC player only console so I am rating this for consoles, not PC. I would rate it higher for PC but like I said I am rating this for console only.
