We ordered this bed for our daughter a week ago and it came in yesterday. I put it up myself in about 45 minutes. Easy to read instructions and very easy to put together. Best of all my daughter loves it. it's higher than her old bed but she'll be able to use it for several years to come.
We searched high and low for a bed like this. Almost bought one from Bobs but after recieving horrible service from them decided to keep searching. We found this and was like No Way! We couldnt believe the price and had our concerns about the quality but decided to give it a try. We had to shipped to the store and picked it up. It was up in an hour tops and looks amazing in my daughters bedroom. The quality is very sturdy and well made. Oh! And just incase a piece is broken or breaks at some point, the company replaces the piece free of charge, no questions asked! We had a piece break, our fault, and it was shipped and arrived at our house in 3 days!
The bed took about 2 weeks to arrive. We used site to store free shipping. My husband put it together in two hours but the reason it took that long was that one of the bolts didn'd screw in. So my husband spent a lot of time trying until he figured out what to do. He was about to give up but he managed to do it! Once the bed was all set up it looked really lovely. Why would you spend over $500 somewhere else? Get this bed!
Great price. Really looks like a more expensive piece of furniture. Easy to assemble ( 1/2 hr). However, received with a couple of chips out of the paint on finials. ( Wish they would include little tubes of touch-up paint on these assemble yourself items. Seems like there is always some little imperfection to cover.) Overall, happy.
I purchased the kylie poster bed for my 2 year old daughter. It was shipped quickly with no broken or missing pieces, it is easy to assemble. The headboard & footboard are very sturdy. I also purchased the nightstand and dresser. It is a very cute set for kids!
Our bed was delivered fairly quickly. We received via express site to store in 3 days! Upon opening, the bed headboard was cracked in the back. I would have sent it back if I was not in dire need then. Overall once assembled the bed looked much more expensive then we originally paid. We are happy crack and all!
The bed was delivered timely and was very easy to assemble by myself. I questioned the "sturdiness" so added extra bed slats. I had asked customer service for the height of the headboard (not the posts). The bed arrived before Walmart responded- it is 41.75 inched tall in the arch of the headboard (for window issues). With both the box spring and mattress it is very attractive bed. AND, for $200 it is a great value - and seems sturdy for the children's guest room - the test will be soon!
Ordered both the end table and the bed. Both were shipped with broken pieces. Since they were for Christmas and brought by Santa had to put together best I could. Will be taking apart and putting back together once I receive the replacement parts. They are both really cute for a kid, I wouldn't recommend using for an older child or teenager it doesn't feel that sturdy.
We ordered this for my 3 yr old. Easy to put together (like IKEA). A bit on the light side. Hopefully there will be no jumping on the bed. I do not think it could take the beating. It is in great shape. A few nicks in the wood, but nothing needs to be replaced. Love the look.
After returning my first bed "Lorna" that didnt fit a full like it said, I bought this bed. The bed was damaged during shipping and has a few painting flaws that need to be fixed. I wish the company would have taken some extra time in finishing and packing. The bed does not use metal frame. I am still a little weary of its sturdyness. My daughter is 12 and I dont think this bed will last long as it is cheaply made.
