Great cream for after facials—microdermabrasion, peels. Leaves skin soft and moisturized. I also like to use it when my skin feels too dry.

I have been using Cicaplast B5 gel for some time. I has been very difficult to get in the US. I have been having it shipped from Spain, Canada, and France. I'm delighted that Walmart now carries it, though at about twice the European price. It is much better than the B5 baume which leaves a residue. This gel is almost magical the way it quickly helps heal scratches, rashes, inflammations. All you need is a tiny drop or two.
I would recommend a very high quality product to everyone who has a problem with dermatitis, and for people who want their face to be perfect, I am very satisfied and I bought this product on the recommendation of an expert.
