My daughter gets sick to her stomach anytime she does any dairy. Taking these tablets is the only thing that helps, when she can't avoid it. it's a lifesaver and works every time and quickly.
It is important for me to have these tablets in my purse. Now when I dine out, I can have anything on the menu that has cheese in it and I can have my favorite desert; ice cream.
If you have lactose intolerance, I highly recommend only getting the Lactaid Fast Act, rather than the regular lactaid. It has more enzymes and works perfectly! 1 pill right before having dairy, and another if you're still eating dairy after a half hour and it prevents ALL lactose intolerance symptoms.
Great product! Taken with 1st bite of any dairy product, aids in the digestion for those who are lactose intolerant. Without this product I am unable to eat any foods containing dairy. With Lactaid Ultra, I am able to eat and drink dairy without any ill effects. Can be chewed if desired, with good results-chew with first bite of dairy food-the taste is bland enough that it does not interfere with the taste of the food. This product allows me to enjoy eating and drinking dairy again!
What a relief for lactose intolerant persons! Love being able to enjoy dairy products especially milk, ice cream, and many other foods that have cows milk included in them. Thank you.
I love this stuff and it's a necessity for me. I just take one or two depending on how much I plan to ingest and it's like I dont have an allergy at all. I find that even if i forget to take beforehand if I take one while eating it still helps prevent a lot of the symptoms so long as I take it quickly!
My only complaint about this product is the price. The Fast Act pills not only work faster, but you only need 1 of them -- every 30 minutes of eating dairy, you take another pill. So for example, you go out to dinner for less than 2 hours and during that time you eat mozzarella sticks as an appetizer (take a pill), food comes out 15 minutes later then you shouldn't need another pill until dessert, but if the food takes longer or if you take your time eating, then you need to take another pill. But it's time based, so if you want to eat pizza, cake, and ice cream all at once at a birthday party, then you only need 1 pill (as long as you eat it all within 30 minutes). Those of us who are lactose intolerant unfortunately need to buy these pills frequently, so it would be great if they made them cheaper or offered a bulk discount.

People around the country are getting sick from this crap. my fiancé ended up vomiting the entire night because of this. So PLEASE ADD A SIDE EFFECTS OR WARNING TO THIS CRAP.
The guy delivering our Walmart package opened the front gate, brought the package up to the door and then left without closing the gate. He left the gate standing wide open! No respect for our dog. If we had let our dog out he would have gotton out. NO RESPECT FOR OUR PROPERTY OR DOG.
